The Water Guy:
Many years ago (2006), in New York City, I managed to capture this candid image at the Manhattan side of the Brooklyn Bridge, on Park Row. This man was selling cold water to tourists from a cooler—on a scorching hot New York day. He told me this was his patch—this is where he sold water; he was always there!
After that brief encounter, for several years, I returned to Park Row in the hope of finding him—to give him a copy of the image—I never saw him again.
